We propose the creation of a landmark space, the B-Hub, as a long-term strategy to revitalize the marketing and sales of Brianza furniture. B-Hub will be an intersection of connections where cross-fertilization of ideas and experimentation occur. Our proposal was inspired by the concept of physical spaces as monuments and incubators of innovation and relationships.
The project
Our proposal for Brianza was inspired by the idea that innovation happens in spaces. Throughout history, breakthrough innovation has occurred in places where ideas swap and combine to create new forms. Today we're seeing the creation of public spaces, such as Fablabs and Makerlabs, where people come together to work on common interests.
We propose the creation of a highly experiential, multipurpose space that will host activities geared towards innovation, connection and publicity. We called this space THE B-HUB.
The space
B-Hub is divided into 5 different spaces described in the images on the right.
The long-term objective of this project will be to increase marketing and sales of furniture produced in Brianza. B‐HUB will also serve as a launching pad for publicity for Brianza, putting Brianza on the map as an international furniture mecca.
