ACCESORIES DESIGN

MU is a series of products based on the concept Villain. Aimed to the man who breaks the mold, the one which seeks to awaken those who live around him, imposing to others, he marks a guideline, a man which extracts others of the pre-established scheme to become a role model.

EXPERIENCE DESIGN

This work focuses to re-imagining an existing brand and to turn it in what his clients dream. It develops in several phases, from the investigation and diagnose, up to the phase of bocetacion and design of experience.

For the new design of the National Bookshop we focus under the concept of "literary culture" with an approach at the Latin-American literature. From here, the new design focuses in four aspects of the experience: Environment (in the point of sale: sound, lighting and space), Interaction (relation with the client: design of technology and fashion design), visual Identity (as the bookshop appears: graphical design and visual merchandising) and finally Marketing (Strategies, direct and indirect advertising: short, medium and long term.)

SILK-SCREEN PRINTING LABORATORY

UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA WORKSHOP

EXPERIENCE DESIGN

This work was a proposal for the design of the Laboratory of Graphic Arts of the National University with special attention to the Silk-screen printing. A project that in outline it illustrates " HOW TO SET UP A LABORATORY OF GRAPHIC ARTS" with ideal conditions for the experimentation and the learning.

The Points of Intervention are: SPACE (working places, industrial safety and hygiene, endowment, storage and traffic) AND EXPERIENCE (appropriation, experimentation, promotion, control, services of academic extension and alliances); without this means that they are two separated components, but both shape an integral proposal.

RESEARCH

More than a type of furniture, we wanted to address, at least in principle, the cultural aspects of popular furniture. Though this one is a very wide topic, it has not been very studied from the industrial design. We want to answer certain questions to us, to understand better the development of this class of furniture and his social, and like that dynamics to see his importance and the contributions that it can offer to the design. Tthe idea is to study the topic starting from the general to the specific and focus on a particular case such as hairdressers, so that in future cases the issue can be taken up and deepened in other topics, leaving raised questions that invite reflection on the popular.
